Maybe you have searched on Google and typed “what is product management”
to find out that 😵there are a lot of definitions thrown out to you.
But, it can be summarized in these sentences

Deliver solutions for certain market needs while adding value
Every product or feature we create should solve user problems and add value to their life.
We don’t want to create a product nobody wants.

So, how do we create a good product?

There are certain frameworks that can be followed.

💡 Ideation
Brainstorming a problem to solve (tap here)
  • List all of the problems
  • Write all possible solutions
2️⃣
🎯 Define
Defining a meaningful problem
  • Choose a meaningful problem to solve
  • Define the problem and the most possible solutions
3️⃣
🛠️ Prototyping
Creating a prototype of the product
  • Sketch an overview backbone of the product
  • Draw the overall features and customer journey step
4️⃣
🎨 Detailed Design
The end design of a product
  • Complete the design of a product for the end-user
5️⃣
👥 Validation / Testing
Validating a product before the final launch
  • Finish the MVP (Minimum Viable Product)
  • Test the product to the user
  • Decide to iterate, go back, or GTM launch
6️⃣
🚀 Commercialization
Launch the product to the market
  • Go To Market launch
  • Collect feedback
  • Create product roadmap

Also, keep in mind

Enough is good enough. Create MVP and iterate.
No need to craft a perfect product for the first time.
Remember that we have limited time and resources.
Always apply the startup principle
